Psychometric Studio B.V., registered in the Netherlands (KvK 42058391, BTW NL869516905B01), is the controller for personal data processed through this website. You can reach us at [email protected].
This website collects personal data in exactly one place: the contact form. If you submit it, we receive the details you enter: your name, work email address, organisation, country, area of interest and any message you choose to add. We collect nothing you do not type in yourself.
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts, and loads no third party fonts or resources that share your visit with anyone.
We use contact form data for one purpose: responding to your enquiry and, where you request it, preparing a demo or proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Form submissions are delivered to us by email. Our processors for this are Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting and form handling) and Resend (email delivery). Both act on our instructions under data processing agreements.
Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and no longer than twelve months after our last contact, unless the enquiry leads to an engagement, in which case the data becomes part of the client relationship and is retained accordingly.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or your local data protection authority.
This website does not collect or process candidate assessment data. Assessments run on the publishers' platforms: Podium (ISO 27001 certified) and Psytech, which processes EU and EEA assessment data on Microsoft Azure servers located in Ireland. For assessment projects, the client organisation is the data controller and the platform provider is the processor. Candidates receive the applicable privacy information before any assessment begins.
