Karina holds a master's degree in I/O psychology and has spent more than a decade in assessment. Before founding the Studio she spent more than four years as principal consultant and team lead for BeNeLux and DACH at a major international talent consultancy, delivering assessment and development programmes for multinational clients across the region. She is the diagnostic lead behind the Agility Quotient platform, and works in English and German.

The platform, instruments and your data live with the publishers: Podium is ISO 27001 certified, Psytech runs EU data on Azure servers in Ireland. Our in-house model certifies your own team, so your assessment operation never depends on one person, including us. The Studio adds judgement and craft; the infrastructure continues regardless.
