Who is behind Psychometric Studio?

Psychometric Studio B.V. (KvK 42058391) was founded and is led by Karina Olivier, an industrial and organisational psychologist and psychometrist with a master's degree in I/O psychology and more than a decade in assessment, including over four years as principal consultant and team lead for BeNeLux and DACH at a major international talent consultancy.

Assessment centres and executive work are supported by a small team of hand picked psychologist associates. The Studio is an official distribution partner for Podium and Psytech in BeNeLux and DACH, and is listed as a partner by Podium.

Is working with a small studio a risk for our organisation?

It is a fair question, and the business is deliberately built so the answer is no. Three structural facts matter here.

First, the platform, instruments and data belong to the publishers, not to us. Podium is an ISO 27001 certified company; Psytech processes EU data on Microsoft Azure servers in Ireland. Second, our in-house model certifies your own team to run assessments independently, so your assessment operation does not depend on any one person, including ours. Third, delivery capacity for assessment centres and executive work comes from a network of psychologist associates, not a single calendar.

What the Studio adds is judgement, regional support and design craft. The infrastructure underneath is enterprise grade and continues regardless. Boutique on top, enterprise underneath, by design.

What happens to our data if Psychometric Studio is unavailable?

Nothing happens to it. Candidate assessment data lives on the publishers' platforms, never on Psychometric Studio systems. Your organisation is the data controller, Podium and Psytech are the processors, and your access to your platform, results and reports continues uninterrupted.

How does pricing work?

Assessment usage is credit based: each assessment consumes credits, and the rate per credit decreases with volume. Training, certification and bespoke work are priced separately, so you only pay for what you use.

We give a concrete quote after a short scoping call, and send sample reports before it, so you know exactly what you are buying. You can see the reports themselves on the Resources page right now.

Do we need certified staff to run assessments in-house?

Yes. Professional standards require that occupational psychometric tests are selected, administered and interpreted by qualified test users. The training is BPS verified and aligned to EFPA Level 1 and 2 standards, and runs fully online at your own pace.

If your team already holds EFPA or BPS qualifications, we verify them and grant access without retraining. Until your team is certified, we can run assessments for you as a managed service.

Can you serve our offices outside BeNeLux and DACH?

Yes, in two ways. If your organisation is headquartered in BeNeLux or DACH, we can serve your entire account globally, wherever your operations run. And bespoke assessment design and consulting work has no territorial limit at all: recent projects span from the Netherlands to South Africa.

Pure platform distribution outside the region is referred to the right regional partner, which protects you as much as us.

Is camera monitoring mandatory for our candidates?

No. The standard test integrity layers are behavioural and involve no biometric data: a Confidence Score built from screen focus, timing and clipboard patterns, plus behavioural analytics. Facial validation exists as a per project option for high stakes testing, is off by default on EU projects, and is only used where it is lawful, proportionate and disclosed to candidates before testing begins.

How quickly can we start?

A managed project can usually start within days of the scoping call. For in-house setups the timeline depends on certification: teams with existing EFPA or BPS qualifications can be live about as fast as the platform setup takes, while teams starting the training set their own pace, since it runs fully online.

Which languages do you work in?

Consulting, training and candidate debriefs run in English and German, with Dutch support when needed. The assessments and reports themselves are available in more than seventeen languages with flexible norms, so one process can serve stakeholders across Europe and beyond.
