Facial validation

Off by default on EU projects

Our GDPR position: facial validation is a project level option and stays off by default on our European deployments. The behavioural layers carry the integrity case on their own, with no biometric data involved. Where a client chooses to enable facial validation, candidates are informed before testing begins and biometric data is handled under GDPR special category rules.
