A note on what you will and will not find here: we name clients only with their written permission. Much of our executive work runs under strict confidentiality, so this page shows the projects we can talk about, and describes the rest only in outline.
Heartwork's facilitators were spending a large share of every cohort on administration, including checking the homework of each participant by hand, while funders were asking for richer evidence of what the programme achieves. The ask: remove the administrative burden, and capture more per cohort.
We relooked at the entire course rather than patching the admin around it. The material was rewritten and the programme refocused, with participants completing structured mission cards each week in place of free form homework.
Anonymised responses now feed purpose built data engines that track weekly completion rates and surface the themes coming out of each cohort. Facilitators get that picture back while the course is running: where learning is landing, which topics need another pass, who is leaning in and who may need support. A pre and post assessment wraps each cohort, and everything rolls up into a final report per participant and per prison for funders.
All of it operates within strict legal and privacy boundaries, which in a prison context is not a footnote but a design requirement.
The founder of Stage Heroes has spent more than ten years teaching people to speak, and in that time has built a working theory of how presentation styles really behave. The Stage Powers assessment turns it into an instrument: twelve speaking archetypes that reveal each speaker's core, learned and hidden presentation styles, the natural voice, the developed craft, and the untapped range.
We are designing the full assessment architecture: a hybrid question design combining forced choice, Likert and ranking formats, scoring logic with adaptive question routing, and a tiered product structure that runs from a quick Discovery scan to a full Diagnostic. The work includes question bank rationalisation and the platform specification for the digital build.
Stage Powers is deliberately a developmental tool for speaker training and team workshops, not a formal selection test. This is the productising work we love most: taking expertise that lives in one practitioner's head and giving it a psychometric backbone, so it scales beyond the room they are standing in.
Alongside the projects above, the Studio runs bespoke executive work across the DACH region: development centres at senior technology leadership level, C-suite team diagnostics and interventions, and high potential programmes.
That work happens under NDA, which is exactly as it should be. If you are planning something similar, we are glad to talk specifics in private.
Those are our favourite ones. See how we work on the Bespoke page, including the white label platform we built for Hydrogen Group, or just get in touch.
