Psychometric Studio is an official distribution partner for Podium and Psytech in BeNeLux and DACH. Over twenty assessments covering personality, ability, risk, skills and appraisals, plus the EFPA and BPS verified training to run them yourself.

Path one · In-house

Your platform, your people, our backing

Most of our clients run assessment themselves. You get the Podium platform under your own brand, your team gets certified, and every instrument in the catalogue is available the day you need it. We stay behind you for support, norms questions and tricky cases.

Path two · Managed

We run it, you decide

No platform to learn and nobody to certify. You bring the decision, we bring everything else: instrument selection, candidate management, scoring and reporting. Useful for one-off projects, sensitive senior appointments, or organisations without an in-house assessment function.

Every managed project starts from the same question: what decision does this assessment need to support? We pick the battery from the full catalogue, run candidates through it, chase completions so you never have to, and deliver reports written for the reader.

Reporting comes straight from the publisher, walked through with you. For bigger decisions, two further formats are available.

Standard

Publisher reports, delivered with a walkthrough. Right for screening and straightforward selection.

Assessment centre

A full assessment centre, led and managed by a psychologist. Assessments combined with structured exercises and interviews, run as a single coordinated day or programme.

Executive

Psychologist led assessment for senior appointments, with a consultant debrief. The Cognadev CPP can be added as an option at this level. It is not a standard component.

Assessment centres and executive assessment are supported by a small team of highly trained psychologist associates, hand picked for executive level work. Other instruments can be included as the brief requires, including the Hogan suite.

Need a custom scoring model or integrated reporting built around your framework? That is bespoke work.

To run psychometric assessments in-house your team needs recognised test user certification. Podium's training is BPS verified and aligned to EFPA standards, runs fully online at your own pace, and is also recognised by the International Coaching Federation for 25 continuing education points.

Already certified elsewhere? We verify existing EFPA or BPS qualifications and grant access without retraining.
